Who are The Hearing Company?

The Hearing Company is part of the Scrivens Optical Group, which first started retailing hearing aids in the 1950s. We are one of the UK's leading High Street retailers of hearing aids providing hearing tests and hearing aids from over 400 outlets nationwide including Scrivens Opticians and Ronald Brown Opticians, as well as other independent opticians, health and mobility centres and a number of NHS Primary Care Trusts across the country.

Our main priority is customer care and we are proud of the level of personal service we offer to all our customers. Private hearing care allows people to get the help they need immediately with no waiting lists or restrictions on the type of hearing aid they are able to receive.

We fully understand how daunting it can be for people facing up to hearing loss and our years of experience have allowed us to develop a system of high quality professional hearing care to ensure we can meet the exact needs of our customers.

All our services are carried out by qualified Hearing Aid Dispensers, who are registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) and are members of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists. We conduct ongoing training and development programme to ensure their skills remain at the highest level at all times.
